Violinist Susan Holloway ushers in the Christmas spirit with her  CD, Joy to the World, . This enchanting instrumental collection showcases Holloway’s versatility,  the masterful technique, and her signature emotional style.
Holloway’s affinity for meaningful material leads naturally into Christmas music. “I love it. Because of the way I have to connect to the lyrics, it’s the perfect music. A lot of it is kind of moody, but a lot of it is joyful and nostalgic. And, it celebrates Jesus’ birth.”
She hopes that Joy to the World will resonate with listeners, bringing encouragement as they navigate through the hustle and bustle of another busy holiday season.
“Somebody [on YouTube] said that my music allows you to hear with your heart and feel with your soul,” says Holloway. “I couldn’t have said what I try to do in all of my music better than that. I hope that when people listen to this album, it will make their hearts feel peace and joy at Christmastime.”
